About me

Work + Life = Balance

I'm Renee, a Laravel & PHP developer based in Malaysia with over a decade of experience building web applications. I care deeply about writing clean code that solves real problems.

But I’m more than just a developer. I enjoy traveling whenever I can, capturing quiet moments through photography, and trying new experiences that broaden how I see the world. I believe stepping outside of code makes you a better problem solver — more observant, more creative, and more grounded.

I also build my own SaaS products on nights and weekends, because shipping real things is still the best way to learn.

Travel

Exploring new places helps me reset and see things differently. Stepping away from the familiar often brings clarity I wouldn’t find sitting in front of a screen.

Building

I enjoy building things with my hands — from small projects to ideas I’ve had for a while. It keeps me grounded and reminds me why I like creating in the first place.

Experiences

I try new things whenever I can — not for the sake of it, but to understand how different perspectives shape the way people think, work, and live.
